Well Being

Most of us can feel good at certain times
but we develop an ongoing sense of well-being
from the following:

Being ourselves

Enriching relationships with others
and with the natural world

Treating ourselves well with healthy
eating, exercise and kindness

Emotional well-being
(experiencing our emotions without
avoiding them or being taken over
by them)

Being in a process of discovery
about ourselves and the world,
including spiritually

Being open to the present moment

Embracing uncertainty

Awareness, Accepting, Enjoying, Appreciating

Being at ease with ourselves

Having a sense of humour
